How we handle your request.

Effective October 5, 2026. This notice applies to the ACRES GROUP complimentary property-value request page.

Information you provide

We collect the property address, city, state, property type, your relationship to the property, name, email, and any optional phone number, goal, message, or additional details you submit. We record the contact disclosure version and submission time.

How the information is used

ACRES uses your information to review your property request, contact you, discuss a potential sale or listing, and maintain related business records. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing.

Storage and service providers

Requests are stored in an access-controlled ACRES lead inbox using Sites hosting and Cloudflare storage. Authorized personnel can view the request. If an email or CRM delivery service is connected, it may process the request for ACRES. We do not sell information collected through this form.

Basic measurement and abuse prevention

The page records visits, form starts, progress, saves, and errors with a temporary browser-session identifier and available campaign labels. These measurement records do not contain your name, email, phone number, or message. We strip query strings from recorded page and referral addresses. We use a daily hash of the network address for abuse limits; form-session tokens and limit records expire. Google Fonts may receive a network request to display the page's typography.

Access and retention

Lead records are restricted to the authorized ACRES account. We retain request information as needed for follow-up and business records. Contact ACRES to request correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained for business or legal obligations.
