Which properties qualify?
The offer is for industrial, retail, and office building owners and their authorized representatives in Metro Detroit and Southeast Michigan. If your property falls outside these categories, tell us about it and ACRES can review whether it can help.
Do I need to be ready to sell?
No. You can start with a conversation about a possible future sale or listing. Requesting a review does not require you to list your property.
What information will the broker need?
The address and basic property details are enough to start. The broker may later ask for size, occupancy, lease terms, income, condition, and improvements. You do not need to upload financial documents to submit this form.
What happens after I submit?
Your request is saved in ACRES' private lead inbox. A broker reviews the property information and can contact you about next steps. The scope and timing of the review are discussed with the broker.
